Dennis Walker Welham & Co acquired and Ridge Leicester established. Alan Dines Partnership acquired introducing Architecture service to the Reading office. Ridge becomes a Limited Liability Partnership |

Ridge Oxford, numbering over 90 people, moves to The Cowyards. The Davidson Partnership and Cook Denning Management Ltd acquired, forming Ridge Birmingham. |

New office opens in Southampton as Property Consultancy service expands. Walfords acquired, forming Ridge Liverpool. A sustainability team is created providing cross-discipline advice. London office relocates to Southwark Street. |
