Environmental policy
It is the policy of Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) to provide our services within an environmentally sound framework.
To provide for this we operate an Environmental Management System, which meets the requirements of ISO 14001.
Our policy is to:
- Maintain an Environmental Management System, which provides the framework for setting, monitoring and reviewing our Environmental Policy, Objectives and Targets.
- Meet and where appropriate exceed the requirements of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Continually strive to improve our environmental performance and prevent pollution.
- To monitor all purchases of paper to ensure that the pulp has come from sustainable forests and that no elemental chlorine has been used in the manufacturing process.
- Reduce waste and the consumption of resources (materials, fuel and energy) and ensure unavoidable waste is recycled, reused or recovered, where possible, or disposed of responsibly.
- Encourage and support, through training and information, all staff to understand the environmental issues affecting the firm and to take responsibility for their actions.
- Monitor and where possible to reduce the impact of our activities on the local and general environment.
Ridge holds ISO 14001 certification for all of its offices. |
