- Comment of Clients Output Specification
- Review design proposals for compliance with Output Specification
- Review Facilities Management (FM) proposals
- Assessment of Statutory consents
- Assessment of Project and FM Agreements and Payment Mechanisms
- Review construction and life cycle costs and cash flow
- Review of construction contractors, and sub-contractors
- Review of design team
- Formulation of 'Due Diligence' Report to Bank
Construction phase
- Monitor progress and quality of works for compliance
- Monitor and authorise cash flow and contractor payments
- Manage Construction and design change cost
- Monitor compliance with room data sheets (incl furniture and fittings)
- Issue 'Completion Certificate' prior to operational period
Operational phase
- Monitor Facilities Management Services
- Monitor Contractor Defaults and Unitary Charge deductions
- Monitor completion of Construction Phase snagging
