What we do

M&E quantity surveying

As the buildings we deal with become more complex, sophisticated mechanical and electrical services now account for a much greater element of the value of a construction project. Accurate measurement and control of costs is a specialised service.

Established in the 1970's, this department now accounts for a significant part of the Practice business. In national terms it represents one of the largest purely M&E departments in any quantity surveying practice. The majority of the team are Chartered surveyors, further staff are preparing for Chartered status, and the remainder have a variety of experience, with some of the estimators for example, coming from a contractor background.

The growth of this department has been based around a number of principal Clients who return time after time for our service, the best possible recommendation for our ability.
