New build, traditional construction of a hall of residence to provide residential space for 52 students of St Edmund Hall, Oxford, with communal facilities. Procurement: single stage tender. Ridge were appointed as Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor on this £3M project.
