Oxford Preservation Trust Environmental Award 2006

Oxford Preservation Trust's aim is to preserve and enhance the historic city of Oxford and its green setting.

As part of this, the Trust runs an annual Environmental Awards scheme to recognise projects that make a significant contribution to the conservation and improvement of the built or natural environment of Oxford and its green setting.

This new build, traditional construction of a hall of residence to provided residential space for 52 students of St Edmund Hall, Oxford, with communal facilities. Ridge were appointed as Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor on this £3M project.
