Ridge appointed on £5.5bn Liverpool Waters Scheme
24.8.2017

Ridge is working on the latest £80m private rented block of flats for the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme. The Liverpool office is providing project management services alongside BIM consultancy services from our Birmingham office.

Liverpool Waters is the city’s single biggest regeneration scheme. The master-plan for the £5.5bn to transform Liverpool’s northern docklands was launched back in 2007. The scheme will see the building of skyscrapers, housing, offices and a waterfront cultural complex.

The £82m residential skyscraper named The Lexington, will be one of the tallest buildings built in the city, just six floors shorter than the nearby West Tower. The building will include 304 private rented apartments, a roof terrace and a 17th-floor residents lounge.

Keep an eye out for updates on this exciting project!
