Ridge undertook the role of Project Manager and Site Supervisor on the development of the Innovation Birmingham Campus Phase 1 – iCentrum and Phase 2 – The Universities Centre. The most recent completion, the Universities Centre emphasises creating a collaborative working space environment for micro-enterprises, boasting state-of-the art communications equipment, with each of Birmingham’s five universities benefiting from video conference suites as part of the project. At 5,000 sq ft and £2m in value, the project was financed by grant funding from the Greater Birminhgam and Solihull LEP.
