Ridge works closely with MODA Living on multi-million pound schemes

Ridge is pleased to be working with MODA Living on two multi-million pound schemes in Liverpool (The Lexington, Princes Dock) and Birmingham (Broad Street).

The Lexington

In the latest change to Liverpool’s image, the city is hoping to transform the waterfront with an £82million residential development known as The Lexington.

Named after the building’s New York-inspired tower, the 34-storey tower will be in the tallest in the city’s Liverpool Waters area and will over look the docks that kick-started Liverpool’s growth.

This luxury residential development will feature 304 private rental apartments as well as a resident’s lounge. There will also be an onsite gym, roof terrace, garden, fitness studio and a 24-hour concierge. The development will also boast an indoor/outdoor cinema too.

Ridge is providing BIM Consultancy and Project Management services on this scheme.

Broad Street

Soaring 42-storeys above the Birmingham skyline, this £183m residential tower will be the tallest building in Birmingham.

Recently submitted for planning, this tower presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the local environment, offering fantastic new residential space, office space and leisure area. Other facilities for residents include free wi-fi, dining club, eating areas and a 200-metre running track.

The apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom units and will are available for rent only, with MODA Living acting as landlord and building manager.
