Admiral Park, Guernsey
Ridge has recently been involved with the completion of another phase of the Admiral Park development in Guernsey for Comprop. Acting as Tenant's Representative for the base build, as well as Project managers for the fitting out works, Ridge was employed by Klienwort Benson who have relocated from two existing offices within St Peter Port.
The North Office block is part of a £32 million overall project, which comprises the construction of 9,000m2 of high specification, office accommodation built over two basement levels of car parking, providing the largest car park in Guernsey.
