Great Minster House, London

The Building is situated in the heart of Westminster and the scheme involved a refurbishment of the Secretary of State's office, together with the remaining Ministerial Suite for the Permanent Secretary, Lord Spokesman, and their Ministerial Support Unit. It also involved co-ordinating and managing the relocation of several office departments, including the Directorate of Communications.
The works comprised the creation and specialist fit-out of two new Broadcasting Suites for televised Ministerial interviews, together with a new Press Conference Room and Conference Suite. Also included were the provision of a new annunciators system for the Ministers, with a direct video link to the House of Parliament and House of Commons. A new Electronic News Service System was installed within the building, which provides the building with important information.
