Ridge provided full quantity surveying and cost valuation services for the relocation of law firm Manches’s new office, from Oxford city centre to the rapidly expanding Oxford Business Park, conveniently located off the Cowley Road and ring road.

The office is a cellular building with 35,000 sq ft of purpose-built accommodation in a well landscaped setting with plenty of parking for clients and staff and excellent transport links. Attractive design features include bespoke joinery and veneer doors. 

The space will enable the 100 staff to work under one roof and provide considerable opportunity for future growth.
