Seacourt Tower Extension, Oxford

This was a four floor "East wing" 30,000 sq.ft office extension and fit-out project, on the site of a former car showroom. The project also included a new feature entrance, and the re-ordering of some of the older parts of the building.
The project marked a new branch in our very successful working relations with our client, Hartwell plc. It was their first Office development, it was their most expensive development and also the most complex.
The site location is also unique in that Client and Architect occupy other areas of the existing building and the Oxford office of Ridge is situated within the building opposite the site.
