Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool

A new Diagnostic and Treatment Centre and with additional Cardiothoracic Treatment Facilities at Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool,  created under the Procure 21 initiative. Ridge have advised and assisted the client by participating on negotiation over the Guaranteed Maximum Price, the preparation of contract documents, chairing M&E cost review meetings and monitoring progress of commercial issues.
