The Manor Hospital
The construction of a new hospital, on part of the old Oxford United football ground at "The Manor", Headington. The project included the negotiation of the sale of the site to the hospital and procured on a two stage tender. The scheme provides 14,000 square metres of hospital space over three floors, and also incorporates basement parking. It consists of 70 bedrooms and 25 consulting rooms. The construction process was complex as it was just one of three different schemes on the site, simultaneously.
