South Derbyshire PFI Hospital

The provision of cost advice for the provision of a new hospital to provide: Main Entrance, Emergency Assessment Centre, Out Patients, Ambulatory Care, Adult In-patient, Cancer Centre, Womens and Childrens Centre, Diagnostic and Treatment facilities and Administration and office facilities. The hospital will provide a major new healthcare centre for the region. Our commission included a full life cycle cost of the building to ensure that the running cost of the building will be kept to a minimum throughout its life.
