Ridge has worked on a long term refurbishment and upgrading programme for Jarvis Hotels. Over a number of years the clients’ portfolio of properties across the UK have undergone a variety of works including external repair and redecoration works, upgrading fire precautions and means of escape, mechanicalservicesand underground drainage.

The hotels vary in size, age and architectural style, each with their own unique requirements and are located both in city centre and more rural locations.
