Ridge were commission by Annington Homes Limited to produce priced Schedules of Dilapidations for a total of 1250 residential properties nationwide. The commission involves carrying out detailed inspections of each property. The data is then compiled, inputted and priced to produce dilapidation claims for each property. Ridge were also required to serve the claims on the Tenant and negotiate a financial settlement.
