'Decent Homes', Hammersmith and Fulham
Ridge is involved with the programme to upgrade the 18,000 homes in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham's housing portfolio. Ridge have produced tender documents for six selected areas within the Borough.
The £200 million upgrade programme which includes kitchens, bathrooms, windows and maintenance, is to comply with the Government's 2009 Decent Homes for All target, and an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) has been formed by the Council to handle the task.
Ridge is involved with analysing condition of the current stock and working with the ALMO board to analyse all tenders and cost data, compile a shortlist and hold a workshop with the shortlist to encourage feedback, share ideas on partnering and pool resources to flush out potential future issues.
