London Borough of Ealing Framework
As part of our BS framework agreement with London Borough of Ealing, we were asked to get involved with a project to replace 1000 kitchens and bathrooms including some rewiring, in residential street properties (ie not complete blocks of flats or estates). This was part of the work to address the ‘Decent Homes’ initiative. Ealing have in the interim formed an ALMO, Ealing Homes.
The contract is formal partnering on PPC 2000, divided equally between 2 contractors and 2 consultants working as one "team".
