Long standing Ridge client Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) have been awarded a top 3* rating by the Audit Commission following inspection conducted under the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) methodology. Ridge has helped PHP through their conversion into an Arms Length Management Organisation and to transform into one of the South's most highly regarded social housing providers.
This assistance has included the introduction of new stock condition survey and asset management systems, staffing support and training, along with the development of modern procurement arrangements designed to deliver an increased work programme in a cost effective way.
