Tower Village, Northampton

The Tower Village development is situated on the site of the former Express Lifts manufacturing site between the Sixfields retail & leisure development and the city centre.

The whole development, by Taylor Woodrow, comprises in excess of 500 apartments & houses and is dominated by the listed tower that was formerly used for lift testing, the tower being visible from the M1 motorway some 5 miles from the site.

Home Group have entered into Development Agreements with Taylor Woodrow to purchase the social housing element of the development. This comprises a total of 52 units spread over three phases and four blocks within the development.
Ridge has been involved from day one in the negotiations, agreement of specifications and monitoring of the construction on behalf of the Home Group.
