Our client satisfaction surveys measure the quality of our service, accuracy, predictability and responsiveness. We are achieving an excellent average score of 94% across our business but there is always room for improvement.
We are actively challenging and continuously improving our performance, investing in the training and development of our surveyors and technicians as well as updating and expanding our knowledge base which captures the latest commercial and technical data with best practice ideas.
