Architecture

Ridge Architecture was created to develop the growing portfolio of design projects which the practice had undertaken around the world for organisations such as The British Council, the Foreign & Commonwealth office and the Overseas Development Administration (now DfID).
Over the years Ridge Architecture has enjoyed a richly diverse portfolio of commissions from a unique position within a highly successful property and construction consultancy. It is a young disciplined design led practice with rapidly expanding skills and team members.
Ridge Architecture's experience includes specialist bespoke technical facilities, leisure and stadia buildings, education buildings, library and resource centres, offices and private one off commissions.
The approach of Ridge Architecture is grounded in the desire to create simple, beautiful, sustainable and functional buildings and structures which withstand the test of time in terms of style, performance and user needs. We are committed to delivering appropriate solutions for our clients.
We have developed a rigorous approach to briefing and aim to identify project objectives in an open and transparent way. We are sensitive to stakeholder requirements and approach every project with enthusiasm and commitment and as part of the clients team focussed on delivering to agreed success criteria.
Our experience of different forms of contract is very strong and we understand the culture and roles of the design team members in each principle form.
Ridge Architecture is a modern Architecture practice with high design aspirations and wholly committed to the principles of constructing excellence.
