Procurement of new heating maintenance contract including Capital Expenditure Works with provision of post contract financial management.

St Mungo’s own and manage housing and supported accommodation throughout the south of England with a concentration of properties located in the London area.

Ridge was appointed by St Mungo’s to manage the procurement of a new contract for the servicing, maintenance and repair of heating appliances and heating systems. The contract also entails Capital Expenditure works involving replacement of exiting boilers and heating systems.

Via a restricted competitive tender, the successful contractor was established and awarded the contract. Prior to starting the new contract, Ridge was appointed to take on the financial management of the contract over the five-year duration.

Completion of the contract was March 2019, with the final account agreement achieved in April 2019.
