Bund 22 Marketing Hub

The project is a bespoke, design-led response for the interior fit-out of a 200m² warehouse space, to provide a central sales and marketing hub on the famous Shanghai bund.

The brief was to create a multifunctional corporate space to cater and entertain prospective “Z” club members (an exclusive motorsport club), hold meetings, facilitate sales in a ‘softer’ lounge environment, and also offer conference spaces and accommodate working staff; the design responds to the strong client brand and project identity. The new space has been developed within the old warehouse section with strong architectural features and structural identity. It presented a “blank canvas” and an obvious opportunity to introduce a minimal contemporary design style and materials to create a strong visual contrast between “old” and “new”.
