India Buildings

In 1923 Arnold Thornely and Herbert J Rowse won a competition to design a speculative office block, combining offices, a bank and post office in one building. Almost 100 years on and the Grade II* Listed building has undergone a major rejuvenation to adapt the iconic space into a Grade A open plan office space. The new look includes office accommodation for 4,500 staff, break out zones, and multi-functional café/seminar space.

With such historical significance, the architectural heritage has been preserved, including one of the building’s key original features, the stunning Holt Arcade which runs through the centre of the building
