Ridge to raise £100,000 for charity!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have smashed our target of raising £70,000 for charity to celebrate our 70th year in business.

In a business-wide effort to raise funds, our staff members have cycled, walked, run baked and even crossed the Mongolian Desert in a 1litre Rover Metro! With some more charity events still to come before the year is out, we expect to break the £100,000 mark to round off what has been a very special and successful 2016.

The aim of the Challenge70 campaign is to involve all Ridge employees up and down the UK. Each of our 10 offices has their own fundraising target, with all but one of our offices having surpassed their target. All of the charities chosen for our events have been picked by our staff. The charities include some local to our offices as well as nationwide charities such as British Heart Foundation, Sue Ryder Care and Macmillan Cancer.

Adrian O’Hickey, Senior Partner at Ridge said: “We are thrilled to have made a contribution to so many worthy charities and to be marking our 70th year this way. I am extremely proud of the team: We know that Ridge people always go the extra mile, but even so, the way that our staff members have embraced Challenge70 and far exceeded what was already an ambitious target is stunning.
